As president of Maga Design Group, Scott Williams combines 15 years of Navy technical and business experience with five years’ marketing and strategy acumen. As a proponent of design, innovation, brand strategy and leadership principles, Scott applies his skill set to a variety of industries. In his own consulting company, Maga Design Group, and as COO of the national thought leadership company, Remarkabalize*, Scott has worked in both commercial and federal sectors developing customer relationship strategies, branding and innovation initiatives. Scott was also Managing Director of BrightMark Consulting, an international brand strategy firm where he worked with clients including IBM, Northrop Grumman, NAVAIR for corporate strategy and marketing execution. Current Navy clients include NAVAIR, NAVSEA, PEO-EIS, and Navy ERP. Scott’s conference speaking engagements including IIR Innovation Summit and IBM PartnerWorld, while his corporate sponsored events include the U.S. Navy, GroupSystems, Entrepreneurs Organization, the Southern Maryland Chamber of Commerce, IBM and the Pax River Partnership. Scott is a competitive swing dancer, a super hero in disguise, and wears a kilt to special occasions. He lives with his son, Luca, in Washington, D.C.
